Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Real Estate Photographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality, visually appealing images of residential and commercial properties. You will provide exceptional customer service, create compelling visual content, and contribute to the overall success of our clients' real estate listings. While photography experience is a significant advantage, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Property Media Production: Capture stunning images of interior and exterior spaces, highlighting each property's unique features through photography, videography, virtual tours, drone operations (Part 107 certification required within one week of hire), and schematic floor plans.

• Site Preparation: Ensure timely arrival at locations and prepare each space for optimal photography conditions.

• Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the real estate team to understand specific photo requirements and deliver on expectations.

• Adherence to Processes: Follow specific processes to guarantee high-quality deliverables.

• Schedule Management: Manage your schedule with flexibility while accepting projects based on your availability. The more projects you complete, the more you can earn.

• Professionalism: Uphold professionalism, promptness, and a positive team player attitude.

• Vehicle Requirement: 2015 or newer vehicle for project-related travel.

• Technology: Access to a computer with a reliable high-speed internet connection for uploading photos and videos.

Preferred Availability:

We are seeking applicants with flexible Monday–Friday availability during business hours, with a preference for those consistently available 30 hours per week and willing to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Enjoy the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available depending on the season, with earning potential based on the number of projects you choose to take on. Work opportunities vary based on client demand and seasonal volume, so hours are not guaranteed. Compensation starts at $25/hour, paid from the time you leave home until you return. Photographers who successfully complete our drone and video certification program are eligible to advance to $35/hour.
